How do I purchase/obtain a return shipping label?

For items purchased in our retail store or on Shop.ComputerOverhauls.com we have a 30-day return policy.

If you'd like to return a product, you may do so within the first 30 days for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition they were purchased in along with the charger. There is no restocking fee for returns of used items. For brand new items opened then returned, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.

Items can be returned in-store or by mail. Items purchased online can be returned in-store. All returns must be received back within 30-days of the purchase date in order to be eligible for a refund; this includes items being returned by mail. Computer Overhauls does not provide pre-paid return labels; the customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method only. Items must be factory reset and all accounts removed prior to returning.
