A credit or debit card can decline for many reasons, such as an incorrect card number or expiration date or a daily limit. Authorization is conducted by an automated system, and we are usually not given the exact reason. If your credit or debit card declines, please do the following:
Re-enter your credit card information, or use a different card.
This will resubmit the order, and we will try to authorize your card again.
If your card declines, please contact your card-issuing bank to see if they are preventing the charge for any reason.
If your bank confirms it is now okay, please resubmit your order.
