Some conditions that may trigger our fraud-alert system are:
- Wrong billing address/name
- Orders made from outside the US
- Orders shipping to a name and address different than the billing address
- Pick up orders made with a name different than the credit card holder
These are just some examples to be aware of. If you order is declined we encourage you to contact us first before trying to place the order again.
Please note that declined orders are instantly refunded. To find out how long it will take for the funds to credit back to you please contact your bank.
