Your order may have been canceled because the credit card processor could not verify the billing information. If the name, email, phone number and billing address on your order does not exactly match the credit card holders information this can sometimes trigger an automated cancellation by the credit card processor. If you are shipping to an address that is not on file with your credit card this often will trigger a cancellation.
PayPal and AmazonPay orders are always approved unless you have chosen in-store pickup; In which we do not accept those payment methods for in-store pickup.
You can either resubmit the order with the exact billing information for the account or checkout using PayPal or AmazonPay. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay using the PayPal checkout option. Alternatively, you can come to the store in-person to make the purchase. Sorry for the inconvenience; your order has been refunded.
